Opening And Reading TextFile:

The SpeechTools File Explorer is very similar to the Windows program explorer. It can open any text file (*.txt) or rich text file (*.rtf). This program can be used to open text files just like WordPad,worddocument or notepad.To open a file simply click on "File" in the explorer.  This program will then open file,Note this explorer will only read .TXT,.DOC,.RTF, .HTM, .HTML files,  If the document you wish to open is not one of these formats, you should either convert the file into a text file or simply copy and paste the text. or just copy the text to the clipboard and tell the agent to read.

If you wish to read the entire document, simply click/say "Read File" document. If you wish to read only part of the document, first make a selection of the text and press control-C to copy to clipboard. And then click/say "Read File". If at anytime you wish to stop or pause the speech you may click/say "Stop Reading" link.

Converting a Document into AudioFile:

The SpeechTools FileExplorer program is able to both speak documents out loud and convert them into Windows WAVE (.WAV) files. It will create a 16-bit 22kHz mono wave file, as this is what most speech synthesizers actually output. To convert text into a WAVE file first open the document so that it appears inside the application. The program will ask you where to save your WAV file. Give it a location and click "Save". The program will then convert the text into an audio file. After its done you will have a WAVE file that you can listen to, burn to audio CD, or convert to MP3!, And you can even listen the wave file in the same application

SpeechEmail:

SpeechEmail lets you record and send audio messages instead of ordinary e-mail. All you need to do is speak and click, which will take less time than typing a message. It is a friendly interface that is easy to use. Your audio message will be sent using industry standard WAV format prior to sending and maintain sound quality. No need for emoticons since you can easily convey humor, laughter, and other emotions online in voice email! The length of your voice message is unlimited (in registered version). SpeechEmail is a stand alone application and does not require any other email client. No special player is required to playback the messages

Photo Album:

Speech Photo Album is very fun tool, fun because you can call your images, you can say delete "vacation" image or just create folders and start calling your folders,when you create a new image ( load a new image ) you can even tell a story about the image just talk the words, or type the words, next time when you call that image Agent character will tell that story first and then show the image. for you convinience we have included an option to download the images also , just enter the "word" and hit download , All the images are downloaded to the current folder only.
